digital marketing, and digital marketing solutions to help individuals and businesses grow.
However, we do not offer any “get-rich-quick” schemes or unrealistic promises. Our training and
services require proper implementation, effort, and consistency for success
1. No Refunds for Digital Marketing Services
We do not offer refunds for digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Paid advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- SEO & content marketing
- Social media management
- Website & funnel development
- Email marketing & automation
Once a service has started, no refunds will be granted.
Exception: If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical issue, we will process a refund for the extra amount.
2. Conditional Refund Policy for Live Training
Refunds for our live training programs will only be considered under the following conditions:
- You must attend at least 90% of the live sessions and actively participate in learning.
- After the training, you must implement the strategies taught in your work.
- You must apply these strategies for at least 60 days before requesting a refund.
Proof of Implementation Required
To request a refund, you must provide:
- Proof of attending at least 90% of the live training.
- Evidence that you implemented all strategies taught in the training (e.g., campaign results, applied techniques, reports, etc.).
- A detailed explanation of why the training did not provide value for you.
Our team will review and verify your proof before approving any refund. If the proof is insufficient or unverifiable, the refund request will be declined.
3. Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days after the 60-day implementation period ends.
- Any refund request made after this period will not be considered.
4. Professional and Respectful Communication is Required
We believe in maintaining professional and respectful communication at all times. If you wish to request a refund, you must:
- Communicate politely and professionally.
- Send your refund request via email without using abusive language, shouting, or making unreasonable demands.
- Understand that refund requests made in an unprofessional or disrespectful manner will be automatically rejected.
5. Refunds for Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical issue, we will process a refund for the extra amount. To request a refund, please email care@affix.in with your transaction details.
6. Refund Request Process
For eligible refund cases (live training refunds & duplicate payments):
- 1. Send an email to care@affix.in with your full name, service details, and proof of implementation (for training refunds).
- 2. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- 3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
